Guide Platform Usage

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 33xx — whether through the official website 33xx.wine or our official mobile app — you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions stated here, along with all related policies including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy page.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 33xx as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform's services.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the services of 33xx, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old or more at the time of registration.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of online gambling platforms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on the self-exclusion register of any recognised gambling platform.

33xx reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your eligibility. If eligibility requirements are not met, your account will be suspended immediately and any related balance will be settled in accordance with our current policy.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the 33xx. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Details to be provided include:

• Full name as per identity document (MyKad or passport).
• An active email address that belongs to you.
• An active mobile phone number for verification purposes.
• Bank account details for fund withdrawal purposes.

You are fully responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date at all times. 33xx shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

33xx supports multiple local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, as well as Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds at all times.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 each transaction.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and belong to you.
• Deposits made through a third party or on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are subject to anti-fraud checks before being credited to your account.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 each transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a verified bank account registered in your name.
• Full identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any outstanding bonus rollover requirements will block withdrawals until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Withdrawal processing times range from a few minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and time of request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• 33xx reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if fraud or misuse is suspected.
• If an account is closed or suspended, all unused bonuses will expire automatically.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the platform 33xx — including Slot Games, Live Casino, Bingo, Sports, and other categories — each have their own rules that must be followed. Game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

• All bets confirmed and accepted by the system are final.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 33xx reserves the right to void the round in question and return the original bet to your account.
• Bets placed using unauthorised methods or through exploitation of system bugs will be voided.
• Placing bets after the outcome is known (late betting) is prohibited and any winnings obtained through such means will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33xx. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Multiple account ownership — registering or operating more than one active account.
• Identity fraud — using another person's personal information to register or verify an account.
• Money laundering — using the platform to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• System exploitation — using automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion — colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live games or poker.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly creating new accounts solely to claim welcome bonuses.
• Chargeback — filing chargebacks or payment disputes with your card provider in bad faith after receiving services.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

33xx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, deception or any suspected illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our customer support team 33xx via in-app live chat. Valid balances will be returned to you once the verification process is complete, subject to all applicable conditions.

9 Liability Limits

Platform 33xx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure our services run smoothly and without interruption, 33xx does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without technical interruptions, errors, or data loss.

• 33xx is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party internet service disruptions, equipment failure on your end, or unforeseen events (force majeure).
• Maximum liability amount 33xx to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• 33xx is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our platform.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed entirely by Privacy Policy 33xx which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on our platform, you agree to the data processing practices set out in that Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
